The challenge

A practice with rare command of the Miami 21 code, working behind an aging WordPress site that did not reflect it. Inquiries came through a generic form, landed in an inbox, and got chased by hand.

Our approach

We redesigned and rebuilt the site on WordPress so it states the expertise plainly and earns trust before the first call. Behind it, Calendly replaced the off-the-shelf form and connects straight to the CRM, so every inquiry becomes a scheduled consultation without anyone touching it.
